Refund policy

At Lauren Blum, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unworn and unused
• Include original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

• Detailed return instructions
• The correct return address
• Further guidance to complete your return

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once your return has been approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
