OVERVIEW

Lauren Blum accepts secure payments through trusted payment providers. All payments are processed in GBP. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorized and approved.

PAYMENT PROCESSING AND SECURITY

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted checkout technology.

Lauren Blum does not store your full card details.

If a payment is flagged for security reasons, we may request additional verification or cancel the order to protect against unauthorized transactions.

AUTHORIZATION HOLDS

Some banks may place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order.

This is not an actual charge.

If your order is cancelled or the authorization expires, the hold is usually released automatically by your bank. The timing depends on your bank or card provider.

TAXES AND PRICING

Prices are shown in GBP.

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Prices and promotions may be changed at any time. The final price shown at checkout is the price charged.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If your payment is declined, please try the following:

• Confirm that your billing address matches your bank records
• Try a different payment method
• Contact your bank to approve the payment

Lauren Blum cannot override payment declines made by your bank or payment provider.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you cancel an eligible order or return an item in line with our Return & Refund Policy, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider and bank. Most refunds appear within a few business days after processing.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you have an issue with a payment or order, please contact us first so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions or future order cancellations.
